Puppy Reservations

A deposit is required to reserve a puppy or a place on our waiting list. Deposits secure your reservation and are outlined in your individual puppy contract, provided prior to payment.

Health Guarantee

Every puppy is sold with a written health guarantee covering specified genetic health conditions for a defined period after collection. We recommend an independent veterinary health check within 72 hours of collection. Full terms are provided in your puppy contract.

Vaccination & Worming

Each puppy is vaccinated (C3) and wormed according to an age-appropriate schedule prior to collection, with full written records provided.

Puppy Contract

All puppies are sold under a written contract outlining health guarantee terms, ownership conditions, and breeder support. Puppies are sold as companion animals unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations

Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel a reservation. Deposit and cancellation terms are set out in your individual puppy contract.
